The Microfine® filtration conveyor
is designed for use in applications where there is good chip control (no
long stringers or bushy chips) and quantities of fines are also present. Ideal for aluminum, brass, and similar applications, the Microfine delivers clean coolant filtered to 250 microns. This dramatically reduces maintenance time for the coolant sump and increases machine uptime. The self-cleaning rotating filter drum eliminates the need for disposable media and utilizes superior seals that are impervious to all coolants. |
