and manufacture of fabricated parts and assemblies. Each of our facilities
provides full capability for all fabrication processes. Custom-engineered parts: From conceptualized parts to finished product using state-of-the-art 3D modeling software.Laser cutting: Three Bystronic lasers provide cutting capabilities of .625" thick material and insure accurate, repeatable parts. Carbon, stainless, aluminum, and diamond plate options. Welding: Highly trained, certified welders employ MIG and TIG technologies on sheet, pipe, or bar stock parts. Forming: Press brakes to 250 ton with 12’ bed; Punch press up to 200 ton; Roll form to .25" plate. On-site tool and die room. Machining: CNC lathe; drill/tap; milling. Paint: Full, wet paint, color match capability with capacity to handle multiple quantities or singles. |
