PhaSep Liquid Separation Systems
Put your fluid to the test…
To determine if a PhaSep unit can help your application, use one of these simple tests:
  • Visually inspect your coolant tank. If a layer of oil can be seen on
    the top of your metal working fluid, you need a PhaSep unit.
     
  • If there is too much turbulence in your tank to verify a floating layer
    of oil, take a sample and set it aside. If within 15 minutes oil is
    present on the surface of your sample, you need a PhaSep unit.
     
  • Applications other than metalworking fluids use the same tests. The
    PhaSep unit will successfully separate any two liquids with different
    specific gravities!
