Tips for applying the 3D system:
Tools or parts
These must not be allowed to
enter the 3D System. They will be caught in the corner and cause a Jam.
Lubrication
As the chains and discs slide inside the
pipe, lubrication is required to avoid excessive wear and abrasion.
Normally, when machining with a cutting fluid, sufficient cutting fluid
remains on the chips to provide adequate lubrication between the chain and
pipe. If dry material is being transported, a lubricant such as waste oil
should be dripped onto the chain or material. When transporting materials
that cannot be lubricated, roller corners and special design configuration
is required.
Laboratory Testing Service
In case of any doubt about the suitability of a 3D System for a
particular application, prospective users are strongly urged to take
advantage of the full size system operating in our lab. Actual samples of
the material to be transported can be tested under "real world"
conditions. |
